All Agent systems are built on the same basis. There is always the requirement to generate recurring charges, whether these be weekly rents, annual ground rents, or anything in between. There is always the requirement to allocate receipts against these charges. There is always the requirement to deal with invoices from suppliers of one kind and another. There is always the requirement to maintain ledger accounts for landlords, tenants, suppliers, and for the user to be able to enquire on these ledgers. There is always the requirement to reconcile one or more cash books against bank statements. There is always the requirement to write standard or ad hoc letters to landlords and/or tenants. Then there are requirements which differ at least in emphasis for different types of user. |
