Web Uploading
Agent is able to assist in two respects:
 | Agent's internal property list is itself created as a Web
page, with thumbnail photographs automatically hyper-linked to
individual property fliers. The property list and corresponding fliers
may be uploaded en bloc to the user's own Web site |
| Where the agent uploads data to one of the national property web
sites, Agent is able to extract relevant information from its own
marketing database and output this data in the required format |
Recent Enhancements to Agent
| The New Deals system now links directly with the back-end Accounting
system. The opening invoice to the new tenant is generated
automatically, and corresponding start-of-tenancy transactions are
simultaneously created

| The Job Sheet system has been extended in two directions
- a Job Sheet requesting estimates may be
automatically issued to up to three contractors
- once a Job Sheet has been marked by the
Maintenance Department as Approved for Payment, full details
of the contractor's invoice may be transferred automatically from
Job Sheet to accounts-posting screens. These details include the
description of the job that the landlord will ultimately see on
his/her statement.
